At Mama Bridget, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, contact us at sales@mamabridget.com for immediate assistance. We offer refunds only for damaged or missing items.
Non-Perishable Items: Returns and refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Perishable Items: For items like fruits and bread, report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.
Photographic evidence may be required for damaged goods. While we handle refunds or credits for affected items, note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from the refund. Product appearance may vary slightly from website images.
